Description
• Low surface tension (20dyn/cm) • Excellent heat resistance and cold-resistance(-30 ∼ 250℃) • Hardly harmful to human body • Quickly dried at normal temperature • Excellen FLUX-CUT performance based on one time spray alone • Excellent insulation • Excellent water repellency |
• Prevention of the flux-induced contamination of the contacts of Volume, Connector, Switch etc. • Prevention of flux spreading on the PCB • Prevention of flux spread to socket contact. • Prevention of flux going up on PCB • Prevention of resin adhesion to film, condenser and decarbonated condenser • Prevention of liquid epoxy resin adhesion in Tapping and Coating • Prevention of precision equipment against moisture |
• Spray method or Brush method is used. Generally, dipping method is used. • Put FLUX-CUT into approprate container. Put the parts for application into sieve. • Then dip the parts in the liquid 1-2 seconds. Take them up and dry them. • You must be careful of following two things in using dipping method. • Use the dilution agent to adjust concentration. Because solvent volatilizes quickly. • If part is contaminated by oils and fats, it is colored. • Replace the product with new one or dilute it with new one. |
• Do not keep it in the place above 40℃. • Do not throw it away into fire. • Punch the can to throw it away. • Do not keep it in the closed place. |
